A life coach is someone who’s dedicated to improving their clients day to day lifestyle and that is what Rachel is defined as. Very professional and outstanding person to have as a life coach. She’s tentative, very keen on details, and gives the clarification that you’ll be looking for to help identify the obstacles that may come in your way while having the utmost respect for your time. She is very flexible with scheduling and makes our interaction enjoyable. Her skill sets far exceed my expectations of a life coach.

I met Rachael 19 years ago when she was a very young girl searching for herself. A little unsure of herself and had somewhat of a purpose. It took her a short amount of time until she realized without setting goals and having a direction to go in and, most notably a mentor, she'd be going in circles. So off, she went on her mission to do just that. She started with reachable goals and found a mentor to keep her in the right lane. After a short time, she went to college and worked simultaneously. She took both her job and her schooling very seriously. When a supervisor position opened, she applied, as did many others, but she was offered the role because they felt she was most qualified. Since I also worked there in another position, I was happy to see her grow. One of the main objections of being a supervisor is helping your team grow and do well. It was about showing people who were stuck or couldn't see themselves going anywhere: a plan, a route, a way of doing just that, making way for themselves, and growing. Helping your team grow and become successful shows others how well you manage and care for the growth of others, and Rachael has become that person and is that person. Her guidance has helped many of her coworkers and teammates as well. If you want to grow your career and get recognized and promoted, you have found the right person. I know all this about her because I was one of her supervisors along this journey.

Coach Rachael has always been a breath of fresh air for me. She is my balance. When my days are rough or challenging, she will let me know it is ok to feel how I want for the moment and put me back into perspective. She taught me how to embrace gratitude and to be thankful for the little things. Often, we focus on the big picture and forget to celebrate the tiny paint strokes along the way. Racheal has helped me figure out my life position as a mother, a wife, a woman, a daughter with a mother who was not so welcoming to having a daughter, and so much more. Most times, I do not know where I would be without her guidance. She knows how to reset me. Rachael’s ability to listen to what I say and hear what I do not say has gotten me to a place in life where I feel accomplished.

"I started working with Rachael about 20 years ago in a side-by-side capacity. First, Rachael went on to be promoted to a business analyst in a finance position. Then, a few years later, she applied to be a supervisor back on the production floor; I could not figure out why she would want to leave that prestigious position for something so much more stressful and less important for my life.
